All our projects (games, code, 3D models, logos, etc.) are protected. You may not reupload, modify, resell, or claim our content as your own without written permission.
You can request a refund only if you played/used the app for less than 2 hours. After 2 hours of use, you are not eligible for a refund. Time is tracked automatically by us or platforms like Steam or itch.io.
Yes, many of our projects are open source — but not for free-grab. You must contact us, explain who you are and why you need it. We’ll approve case-by-case. Don’t assume it’s public just because it’s listed as open source.
You must respect others on all our platforms: Discord, Live Chat, comments, etc. Hate speech, spam, or trolling = instant ban.
You can create mods, fan art, or videos — as long as you give credit and don’t sell it. If you're unsure, ask first.
We love feedback. But if you suggest an idea, you agree we can use it in our projects (free of charge). You still get credit where possible.
If you use ES ID accounts, you are responsible for keeping your info safe. Don’t share your login or let others use your account without permission. If stolen, we will verify ownership and restore access using the account’s original data.
These Terms can be updated any time. When they change, the new version will be posted here. Continued use = agreement.
